My zune software won’t let me buy songs. What should I do?
I put money in my account but everytime I try to buy a song, it says that it has an unknown error and it won’t let me and it’s PISSING ME OFF!!!! So somebody tell me how to fix it.
ps…does it have anything to do with the fact that i havent updated my zune software,

i don’t buy songs from zune but that could be a reason. u should update…

yes. Its because you haven’t updated. I have a similar problem and once i updated it it worked fine. I am assuming that’s the reason why. Could have been something else.
the new updates are really nice for the record. I have the old version not the new ones. It added a clock to my zune and the ablity to get albums off the net via wifi. It added some fun games and a few other new features. The new zune player is better looking as well.
take time to do the update. I think you’ll enjoy it.
