i re-installed zune software on my computer but on the zune page it wont regonize my zune?
my computer got some trogans on it and i had to reboot my computer and re installed zune software and i stil have my zune account and nothing happend to it but when i get on the zune page it wont regonize my zune for some reson please help

The best thing to do would be to take it to a professional and have them either fry it and start over or you should get a new =computer. The Zune program must have let in some huge viruses. I had this done to my computer. It cost about $30 here. Good Luck.

I would start by connecting to different ports then trying different sync cables.
